Concealed Carry Permits
To better serve you, the CCW/Fingerprint Office has temporally moved to 13349 Kinsman Road, Burton Ohio 44021.
During the COVID-19 crisis, the CCW/Fingerprint Office will serve you via appointment only. Under the stay at home order, permits do not expire until the order is lifted or December 1, 2020.
The following changes will take place for your safety as well as our staff.
- Only one person can be in the office at a time. No family members will be allowed in with the license holder. All other people must wait outside in their vehicles.
- You must wear some type of protective face mask, we do not supply this.

- Please have the courtesy to arrive on time as we are only processing one applicant per half hour of business. If you cannot make your appointment, please call us to advise of the need to reschedule.
- Please insure that your CCW applications are completely filled out. Applications can be downloaded from the Attorney General website https://www.ohioattorneygeneral.gov/Law-enforcement/Concealed-Carry.
- All CCW licenses must be mailed to you. Please bring a self-addressed envelope with two forever stamps.

PAYMENT IS BY PERSONAL CHECK OR CASH (EXACT AMOUNT). IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE EXACT AMOUNT, YOU WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
